About Spectres

The spectres of ideologies appear out of their time, as nostalgia for ideas, images, and ideals of a past age which now grate and creek against the joints of the present[1].

Spectres haunt, they recur and take hold of us. They are what one imagines, what one thinks one sees and projects on an imaginary blank screen when there is nothing to see[2].
